Our founder Mr. Mukesh Kakkar has a vast experience of 28 years of Manufacturing Rubber Components and Rubber Rollers. He has thorough knowledge of wide variety of rubber as well as bonding of the rubber with metal surface.

‘2 M Rolls’ are resistant to all kinds of chemicals/acids, alkaline, high temperature and abrasion.

‘2 M Rolls’ pass through various stages of manufacturing i.e. from design & drawing board to the final stage under the strict supervision of well trained technical staff.

We have special Fluoro Polymer Covering for the rollers. It imparts non stick property and also increase the life of the rollers.

We have in-house facility for manufacturing of shafts, applying wide verity of rubbers, grinding to the desired size and well equipped Research and Development as well as testing laboratory. Our tool workshop is fully equipped with highly sophisticated equipments, tools & machines. We have different sizes of Lathe Machines, Imported Grinders, Mixing Mills, Automatic Autoclaves etc. Our equipments are capable to handle rollers up to 8500mm length and 1000mm Diameter.

We have Automatic Strip Binding Machine. This new technology help us to mount rubber compound on the roll without joint , uniform shore hardness, free from bubbles and all kind of foreign particles. We have special formulations to manufacture seamless rubber rollers from virgin rubber.
