Mukesh Kakkar, the man himself, is a true product of conviction and vision put together with a lot of enthusiasm.

He came to Delhi back in 1987 from his humble home in Ganganagar, Rajasthan to earn his own money. He started by renting two shops with a bare minimum of five hundred rupees near Vinaayak hospital, Noida to carry on with jobwork activities. But sooner he realized that his potential lies somewhere else and he needs to give manufacturing a chance. Picking up the instinct he decided to practice on the lane of rubber products. Starting from the scratch he allowed himself to be a complete beginner and started making rubber couplings as he was learning and experimenting on the go. He then gave it to traders outside. That went on for six months.

In middle, 2001 he started a rubber company but the partnership broke and the need to start something better and take the big leap was bigger than else. In 2010, I started a new company and in the span of two years the company flourished well and we started to get more machines to keep the work going. By 2014 the dream finally started to take shape and on the name of 2M Rolls and trademark of MRV Engineers Private Limited they took off. Coming from a family where the big men worked for government sector, this success meant huge to them.

To this day the work is now carried by his son Mohit Kakkar since the year 2014, who pursued MBA and handles the non-technical and management side of the work. With the blessings of ancestors and a family that rests so strongly behind him, there are only bigger successes and benchmarks ahead.
